At 6 months, babies begin to eat solid foods. Start by introducing your toddler to organic meat/poultry to maximize baby’s iron intake, then pass on to organic vegetable and fruit purees.
Please note it is important that you offer your baby only one new food at a time. To ensure that your baby is tolerating it well, serve this same new food for a period of 3 to 5 consecutive days. This way, you can detect the possibility of any food allergy developing.
