Did you know ?
Chinese and Egyptians kept poultry more than 3500 years ago. Many breeds and varieties that we know today are all derived from the Bankiva rooster, a native of Southeast Asia where it is still found in the wild today.
In addition to containing iron and proteins, chicken meat also has potassium found in abundance in the human body. Without it, the baby’s cells could not function. Potassium allows the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contraction, including that of the heart.
