Chocolate cone with berries

250 ml (1 cup) of frozen blueberries

250 ml (1 cup) of frozen raspberries

2 squares of bitter-sweet cooking chocolate

125 ml (1/2 cup) of vanilla yogurt

2 commercial waffled cone


1. Mix blueberries and raspberries in a bowl. Let thaw at room temperature to soften the fruits slightly.

2. Melt chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute.

3. Pour the yogurt over the melted chocolate and mix vigorously until homogenous.

4. Add the chocolate mix to the fruits. Mix well to cover the fruits.

5. Divide the fruits in the cones. Serve in a plate with strawberry coulis or simply enjoy it like you would enjoy an ice cream cone!
