Melon and Pear “Spotted” Popsicles

Makes: 6 to 8 servings
Preparation: 10 minutes

750 ml (3 cups) of diced water melon pulp
250 ml (2 cups) of Mother Hen Biological Pear Sorbet
125 ml (1/2 cup) of Mother Hen Biological Frozen Blueberries

1.    Using a blender, combine the melon pulp and the Sorbet. Mix until consistency. is smooth
2.    Pour into a large bowl and add frozen blueberries. Stir gently with a spatula to spread the blueberries.
3.    Pour the mix into Popsicle maker and put it in the freezer for about 4 hours or until everything is frozen.
4.    Serve as frozen snacks on a hot summer day!
