Ingredients

• 6 x 59 ml Mother Hen Sweet potato, thawed
• 6 x 59 ml Mother Hen beef, thawed
• 250 ml corn kernels frozen or canned (organic preferred)
• 1 tablespoon of butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Butter 6 small ramekins with the melted butter.
3. Place the beef puree on the bottom, add the thawed corn and drain well and finish with the sweet potato puree.
4. Transfer the ramekins to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Let cool slightly and serve.
