Breakfast muffin omelet with vegetables

Ingredients
- 6 x 59 ml Mother Hen Garden Vegetable Puree, thawed
- 6 eggs
- 75 g grated cheese of your choice
- 1 tablespoon of butter (optional if usins a silicone mold)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Butter a muffin pan with melted butter.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the vegetable puree and mix well.
- Transfer to the muffin tin, sprinkle with a little cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and serve.
