Mac and cheese with vegetables

Ingredients
- 3 x 59 ml Mother Hen carrot puree, thawed
- 3 x 59 ml Mother Hen broccoli puree, thawed
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 cup of hot milk
- ¾ cup of cheese of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium saucepan, brown the butter. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the milk stir with a whisk until the mixture thickens.
- Gradually add the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted.
- Add the cooked pasta and the vegetable purees. Mix well and serve.
