Ingredients

• 6 x 59 ml Mother Hen Garden Vegetable Puree, thawed
• 6 eggs
• 75 g grated cheese of your choice
• 1 tablespoon of butter (optional if usins a silicone mold)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Butter a muffin pan with melted butter.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the vegetable puree and mix well.
4. Transfer to the muffin tin, sprinkle with a little cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Let cool slightly and serve.
