Ingredients

• 3 x 59 ml Mother Hen carrot puree, thawed
• 3 x 59 ml Mother Hen broccoli puree, thawed
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1 cup of hot milk
• ¾ cup of cheese of your choice
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a medium saucepan, brown the butter. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute.
2. Add the milk stir with a whisk until the mixture thickens.
3. Gradually add the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted.
4. Add the cooked pasta and the vegetable purees. Mix well and serve.
