Ingredients

• 30 ml vanilla Greek yogourt
• 1 cup of 59 ml of Mother Hen mango puree, thawed
• 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (optional)

Preparation

1. Directly into the popsicle mold, empty 1 cup of Mother Hen mango puree.
2. Stir the Greek yogurt with the chia seeds in a bowl.
3. Gently add the yogurt and chia mixture to the cup of the ice lolly.
4. Insert the stick into the preparation.
5. Put in the freezer for at least two hours.
