Our beef puree is an exceptional ally in the fight against iron deficiency. This mineral, which helps to bind oxygen in the blood and store it in the muscles, is essential to your child's healthy development from the age of 6 months. Microwave: Remove the frozen puree from the pouch. Pour into a microwave-safe bowl. Reheat for a few seconds until the puree is thawed.

Stovetop: Remove the frozen puree from the pouch. Pour into a saucepan with a little water over medium heat. Stir frequently until the puree is thawed.

Always check the temperature before serving to the baby. You can also thaw a pouch in the refrigerator the day before.

Consume within 48 hours of thawing (whether opened or not)
