Turkey casserole with vegetables and rice
MealAn exquisite blend of turkey, vegetables, and rice for a boost of energy! Rice, like corn, is gluten-free and provides carbohydrates, the body's primary source of energy. It's combined here with turkey, a poultry that provides protein, iron, potassium, and vitamin B12. B12 contributes to the formation of red blood cells and helps maintain bone-building cells.
